"Kocourek Kia Service"
"My brakes recently started making a horrific noise. It sounded like a Semi-Truck. Unfortunately it happened right before the 4th of July holiday. I tried to go a KIA dealer in a town I was visiting. They didn't have an appointment for 3 weeks. So I went to Kocourek, where I had brought my car. Not only were they knowledgeable, but communication was spectacular. I was involved in the entire process; from showing me the damage, to walking me through costs and maintenance to avoid issues in the future. I am incredibly pleased with how I was treated, and the entire process. Thank you Kocourek!"

"Outstanding Service"
"Service department was friendly and informative from the moment I reached out for my appointment to the time I drove off. I could not get a Kia service department to take care of me in Colorado, Utah, South Dakota, nor Minnesota. I am traveling across the United States and would only be in Wisonsin for a week. They assured me they would do whatever it takes to get the part in and fix the problem. Almost passed out from shock to be addressed with kindness and good service!!! 😳 My car of course was no longer having the issue when I arrived, however, not only did they complete my oil change quickly but took extra time to scrap whatever gunk off (that refused to leave ) my windshield. Additionaly I received a coupon for a car wash next door. The entire experience trying to get my car serviced (for over a month and across several states) made me regret purchasing a Kia. This service department has made me feel better about my purchase and wish I could pack them up and bring them along for my next service appointment. 😊"

"The staff go above and beyond"
"The staff go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Â I had a circumstance that was frustrating because i recently purchased a used vehicle through Kocourek and had a part go out within a few days. Knowing the part could have went out at anytime it wasn't under warranty, Kocourek Nissan/Kia still took care of it with no cost to me. Â I understand completely they didn't need to do that, but could tell I was frustrated and took care of the issue to please me. Thank you, that is a sign of true customer service! Because of the things like this, I will continue to come back and only say good things about this company."

"After a bit of terrible luck, my fiance and my cars were totaled by a fallen tree. Gavin worked tirelessly to get us back out there and on the road again. Unlike most every salesman I've dealt with Gavin was extremely personable, easy to talk to, and never once was pushy. We talked negatives and positives with every car I test drove, and he even informed me of specific manufactures offers when the situation came up.I felt like I was his one and only customer, with how we carried conversations during the process. In the end, we ended up buying 2 cars from Gavin, and I am still overjoyed with not only the quality of the cars, but the good deal we were able to get on them.Â
Due to also closing on a house when the trees destroyed our cars, we were low on funds. Tom Thorson and Chris Hopper worked tirelessly for hours pulling strings and making calls to make things work out. In the end we were able to take home both cars right under our budget, and that's all thanks to Tom and Chris. Choosing Kocourek Kia was probably my best car buying choice when disaster struck. I was treated almost like one of the family, and I've been made a lifelong customer."

Since I do some of my own service I opted to have just the bearing replaced. The service estimate was done at no charge and I was provided with an estimate for the work. The work was done the following week and it came in slightly under estimate. I felt Kocourek has a great approach to vehicle service. They perform a multi-point vehicle inspection present with items that need to be repaired. You then have the option of what service(s) you want done. There was never any pressure to having additional work done. While waiting for my service to be completed I heard the service staff talking to other customers having the inspection done. In every case they presented the finding and made suggestions and answered the customers questions. Again there was never any pressure placed on the customer to have work performed which I've seen happen at other places telling the customer they "must have something done now"

"Exceeds Expectations"
My Kia was found to need a more major repair than the oil change I had planned on. Parts needed to be ordered, etc. I live 1 hour away from the dealership so transportation was going to be a problem. The service rep arranged for a rental covered by the extended warranty, and provided transportation to the rental office. I didn't have to do a thing! This is the first dealer that I consistently take my car back to. Prices for service work are competitive and service is outstanding.
