Y'know when you have a real true friend? When that friend gives you a heads-up on a job and a place that turns out to seem like it was made for you - that it was destined to come together. That's how Jerald discovered Kocourek: a friend working here told him about the opportunities. That was a few years ago. Today, as a Service Advisor at Kocourek Nissan Kia, Jerald has come to know and understand the automotive industry in a way that's both technical and personal. He's one of the first people guests meet when needing service or maintenance, so his job is to set the wheels in motion. In the process, he gets to know guests in ways that developing trust and confidence. Working with managers and service technicians, repairs are made and vital maintenance completed. It's what being on a winning team is all about.
